Attendance Tracking
These guidelines apply to both permanent and agency staff.
Morning shift
- Employees do not need to clock out at 12:30 after production stops or clock back in after attending the gathering. Entry/exit will
be recorded automatically via the gate system. Employees who do not attend the Employee Gathering and leave the workplace
must record their departure on the attendance terminal and arrange their absence in the standard manner.
Afternoon shift
- Employees do not need to clock in before 12:30 for the gathering or clock in again after the gathering at 14:30. Entry will be
recorded automatically via the gate system.
Night shift + rotational leave:
- Employees do not need to record attendance. Entry and exit will be captured through gate passages.
Standard working hours:
- Employees whose working time includes the gathering do not need to clock in or out for the event.
Evaluation of attendance
- The attendance administrator will review and evaluate any potential conflicts in the e-Attendance system. More detailed
information will be shared directly with the administrator
