The time allocated for the gatherings (Mladá Boleslav: 12:00-14:30; Kvasiny and
Vrchlabí: 12:30-14:30) will be compensated both for employees whose shift
overlaps with the event and for those not scheduled to work but who actively
participate (confirmed by passing through the gate). Employees on flexible working
hours may attend during their standard working time.
Production will be suspended from 12:00 to 14:30 in Mladá Boleslav and from 12:30
to 14:30 in Kvasiny and Vrchlabí on the day of the event to allow employees
sufficient time to attend the Employee Gatherings and return to their workplaces
afterwards. During this time, all transport within the premises will be suspended
(excluding shuttle buses, vehicles with special permits, and emergency services
vehicles). Access to the plant will not be allowed. Please do not schedule any
meetings for your colleagues during the event to ensure that all employees who like
to attend the Employee Gatherings, have the opportunity to do so.
