The BEAT
Program for
More Ecient
Management
The successful companies act
proactively and adapt their
behavior early and decisively.
That is exactly our task today,
and that is the reason we
are launching the BEAT
Program: Business Essential
in Action – Together!
The program is based on the
principle that Every expense
must be Business Essential
and will provide clear
guidelines, practical decision-
making support, inspiration
and a pool of ideas for
entrepreneurial thinking across
the company. It will help us
regularly prioritize spending
more eectively, identify
better solutions, and ensure
that every CZK is invested
where it creates the greatest
value for Škoda. However,
the Business Essential
principle does not mean
preventing investments that
are necessary for our future.

At the nal round of the 2026
Rally Italia Sardegna, Estonians
Robert Virves and Jakko Viilo,
driving a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2,
clinched the championship
titles in the WRC2 and
WRC2 Challenger* categories.
Despite two punctures early in
the rally, they staged a brilliant
comeback and secured second
place, nishing just 0.7 seconds
behind the winner. Škoda’s
success on the demanding
gravel stages was underscored
by nine cars nishing in the top
15 of the WRC2 standings and
Miguel Granados’s successful
defense of his title in the WRC
Masters Cup* standings.
The family of our colleague Monika is facing a dicult situation. Her son
Jakub and his two children, 10-year-old Max and 3-year-old Stellinka,
live with myoclonic dystonia – a rare congenital neurological disorder that
causes involuntary muscle twitches and severely impairs mobility and
everyday activities. Jakub, their father, receives disability benets due
to his condition. Ten-year-old Max needs round-the-clock care –
the twitches prevent him from speaking, writing, and dressing himself.
Three-year-old Stellinka is losing her balance and can no longer feed
herself. There is no cure for the condition, but therapies – which are not
covered by insurance – are bringing about positive changes. The funds
raised through this fundraiser will be used specically for these therapies.

The 44
th
annual Škoda Economy Run competition brought 42 teams
to the starting line, where they put their skills and knowledge of fuel-
ecient driving to the test in a friendly atmosphere. The competition
once again demonstrated that low fuel consumption isn’t just a matter of
vehicle technology, but above all a matter of driving style, foresight, and
making the most of modern cars’ potential. Participants competed in six
categories, with electric vehicles yielding particularly interesting results
– including the debut of the new Škoda Epiq, which went on to win its
category.

on discovery, curiosity, and the power of design to improve
everyday life. The highlights of the presentation will be
exhibitions dedicated to the new electric models Škoda Epiq and
