To all Škodians,
Škoda Auto has announced that Klaus Zellmer has decided to leave the company after more than four
successful years as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Škoda Auto.
On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the entire company, we would like to sincerely thank Klaus for his
outstanding leadership, dedication, and contribution to Škoda's success during a period of significant
transformation and growth. Under his leadership, Škoda strengthened its position among Europe's leading
automotive brands, expanded its international footprint, advanced its electrification journey, and delivered
record business results.
Until a successor is appointed, Holger Peters, Board Member for Finance, IT and Legal Affairs, will
assume the responsibilities of CEO on an interim basis. Together with the Board of Management, he will
ensure continuity in the company's strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and ongoing transformation.
Škoda Auto remains on a strong path. Our company is performing successfully, our product portfolio is highly
competitive, and we are well positioned to continue our growth trajectory. Thanks to the commitment,
professionalism, and passion of all Škodians, we are on track to achieve another strong year and further
strengthen the long-term success of our brand.
We will keep you informed about the next steps and future leadership arrangements as soon as further
decisions are made.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
