Join the Psychological Safety Weeks and get inspired
on how to strengthen collaboration, manage change and

work. From 21 September to 10 October, you can
look forward to expert-led workshops, a new episode
of the From Leader to Leader podcast and practical tips
for everyday practice.
How do you tell an electric car apart from its combustion-
engine relatives? In some countries, you only need to
glance at the license plate. While the design of these plates
and the perks they bring vary from country to country,
the simplest way to set EVs apart is by changing the color
of the text on the plate.
In some nations, these plates unlock signicant benets.
In Austria, they grant free parking in designated areas or
exemption from lower speed limits in environmental
zones. While a change in text color might not catch the
eye immediately, a dierent background color is hard to
miss. This is the approach in Poland and Hungary, where
EVs sport plates with a bright green background and
black lettering.
Each serves a dierent purpose, and
choosing the right one is essential.
Some documents are signed together
with external partners, while others
serve internal needs only. Sometimes
we need a legally binding signature;
other times, formal approval is
sucient. That is precisely why
multiple tools exist, each designed
for specic scenarios.
Should the document be signed in
Adobe Sign? DigiSign? With a PKI
certicate? Or is eCockpit enough?
The new guide “Electronically sign
documents“ will help you make
a decision in just a few clicks. Based
on your answers to a few simple
questions, it will recommend the
most suitable tool for your situation.

signing and approving
documents.
Dads, do you want to spend
more time with your little ones
through movement, crafts, play,
and sports? We are launching
the “Dad in Action“ classes –
exercise sessions designed for
dads, grandpas, or uncles and
children aged 2 to 7. You can look
forward to acro-gymnastics, an
obstacle course, and creative crafts.
During the session, you will learn
exercises that support proper child
development, benet children's
psychomotor development, and
strengthen your bond with your

AI-powered photo booths, creative modeling clay workshops, an outdoor zone
