On 3 September 2026, the Supervisory
Board of the Volkswagen Group
unanimously approved the Executive
Board’s Future Plan 2030. As the
automotive industry and its markets undergo
their fastest and most fundamental shift to
date, it enables the Volkswagen Group to
pave the way for sustainable long-term
success. The Future Plan 2030 sets the stage
to make the Volkswagen Group and its brands
stronger, more competitive and better
positioned for the future. The Executive
Board will now jointly drive the necessary
measures, collaborating with the brands,
subsidiaries and employee representatives.
The Future Plan 2030 is the most
strategically profound transformation
program in the Volkswagen Group’s history.
Its 12 initiatives are designed to make
the Group and its brands more resilient
and competitive under demanding market
conditions:
• Strengthening the nancial basis
• Focusing on the most compelling vehicles
• Taking eciency to the next level
• Strengthening leadership, accelerating
decisions
• Establishing a competitive production
structure
• Adjusting the workforce structure
• Further developing the North America
and China businesses
• Simplifying the Group structure
• Streamlining the investment portfolio,
deploying capital more eectively

Future Plan 2030 for the Volkswagen Group
Rali Ceredigion was a new experience for
Teemu Suninen and co-driver Antti
Haapala. However, the Škoda Fabia RS
Rally2 crew from Finland delivered
a stellar performance. By nishing second
overall and winning the Power Stage, they
amassed enough points to be crowned
FIA European Rally Drivers’ and
Co-Drivers’ Champions respectively (*).

Škoda Classic Tour: A 135-Kilometer Nostalgia Trip
The 13
th
edition of the popular
classic car rally for Škoda Auto
employees welcomed a stunning
lineup of 227 vintage cars and
youngtimers of all brands. Along
the 135-kilometer route, teams
tackled various challenges and
checkpoints, including a photo shoot
with the brand-new Škoda Peaq.
Naturally, the event also featured
three challenging precision trials
timed to the hundredth of
a second. Emerging at the top of
the leaderboard as the overall
winner was Ivan Slimák, driving
a classic Škoda 1202 pick-up.
Skoda Supplements
Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
