a paper Kodiaq
Hobby modeler Petr Seemann
creates paper car models entirely
on his own. Now he has showcased
his most elaborate creation:
the Kodiaq Sportline SUV
on the 1:10 scale. Seemann
worked on the model for a year and
a half, spending over 700 hours
on it, relying solely on photographs
and sketches with basic technical
specications. He imported this data
into a AutoCAD program and used
it to obtain a number of additional
detailed dimensions. The model is
made primarily of coated paper and
cardboard; the body panels have 4
to 5 layers of red paint and one layer
of clear coat; the seat upholstery is
fabric, with thread edging. Seemann
crafted the windows from Durofol
and the wheels from plywood; the
front wheels turn. Both the rear and
front lights are functional, including
the illuminated strip in the grille;
even the instrument panel and the
infotainment display are illuminated.

Škoda Auto once again
partnered with the Czech
Tour cycling race as its

We provided 35 vehicles
to the organizers of the
race, which took place from
August 13 to 16. In addition,
we became a partner of the
second stage leading from
Mladá Boleslav to Ještěd, as
well as its sprint bonus. This
year’s 18

was newly included in the
prestigious UCI ProSeries
category. The winner was
20-year-old American talent
Andrew “AJ” August of the
Netcompany INEOS team.
In a nal stage nishing at

Once again this year, we became the main partner of the Prague Pride
festival, rearming our long-term commitment to creating a respectful
and inclusive work environment. A total of 115 employees, including
Maren Gräf, Member of the Board for People and Culture, participated
in the festival activities. The Škoda Elroq Respectline on display served
as a visible symbol of openness. In addition, at Pride Park on Štvanice,
the automaker opened its own interactive
zone inspired by the Škoda Epiq model
and the theme of emotions, where the
opening of an exhibition by the Škoda
Proud employee group also took place.
In September, the festival activities will
be followed by the “Built on People”
conference, which will focus on sharing
experiences and building a respectful
environment for everyone.
Local driver Adam Březík and his co-driver Zdeněk Bělák
(Samohýl Škoda Team) achieved the greatest success of their
careers when they won the 55

the rst time in their careers in a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2. Březík took
the lead during Saturday’s stage, overtaking Filip Mareš, who had
been in the lead until then. On Sunday, he safely maintained his lead
and won by 8.3 seconds ahead of Finnish driver Teemu Suninen
(also in a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2). The Czech championship title will
