Strana 2

June 12 marks Corporate Volunteer Day.
We would like to take this opportunity to reect on
our shared achievements and express our appreciation
to everyone who dedicates their time and energy
to helping others.
The number of registered users on the online
volunteer platform has increased by more than
100 since the end of last year and now stands at
830 volunteers. The wave of support is growing,
and with it, the willingness to help where it’s needed.
Grateful for recognition – and even
more for the people who made it
possible. Being named Outstanding
Leader at the Autocar Awards is an
honour that I gladly accepted
on behalf of the entire Škoda Auto
team. At Škoda, leadership is never
about one individual. It is about
what we achieve together – across
markets and functions – with
a shared commitment to innovation,
eciency, and delivering meaningful
value to our customers. That makes
it even more special to see our Elroq
recognised as Best Electric Car. A car
that reects exactly what we stand
for: smart engineering, simplicity,
and everyday usability – brought to
life by passionate teams across our
company. Thank you to Autocar
and Haymarket Media Group for
this recognition. More importantly,
thank you to everyone at Škoda who
continues to push boundaries every
day. This is your achievement.

Tuesday and Wednesday of this
week were dedicated to the key
internal MMK 2026 conference,
which was attended by more than
650 executives from all areas of
the company. This year’s motto,
“Stronger with Every Storm,”
reects the successful – yet
challenging – past year. To maintain
our competitiveness and the strong
momentum of recent years, we
must be better prepared and more
resilient than ever before.
The packed two-day program of
inspirational lectures and panel
discussions featured top external
speakers Theodore Bunzel, Arthur
Kipferler, and Tomáš Pojar, who
highlighted the unstable state of
our industry, markets, and
the world. Pavel Řehák spoke
about entrepreneurship, focusing
on maintaining competitiveness in
an environment full of disruptive
changes, and Dr. Carl Naughton
oered the perspective of
a transformational psychologist.
Klaus Zellmer concluded by saying,
We’ve shown what we’re capable
of in the past. Now it’s about proving
it again – together.”
A detailed summary of the
conference will be featured in the
upcoming MMK Newsletter.

The 21
st
Agrotec Petronas Hustopeče Rally 2026
delivered exactly what this South Moravian event is
famous for last weekend – fast stages, challenging gravel
sections through vineyards, and, this year, exceptionally
changeable weather that signicantly shook up the
standings. The right choice of tires and a minimum of
driving errors proved to be the decisive factors in one
of the most dramatic events of this year’s Czech Rally
Championship. The Auto Podbabská Škoda Team
crew of Dominik Stříteský and Ondřej Krajča, driving
a Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, handled the challenging
conditions best, building on their recent triumph at
the Český Krumlov Rally and securing their second
consecutive victory this year. Škoda dealer teams swept
the podium in southern Moravia; all ve dealer teams and
six teams driving Škoda cars nished in the top 10 of
the overall standings. The championship continues with
the Rally Bohemia Mladá Boleslav on July 11–12.

Thank you – every voice is part of something
and bigger.
Once again, it gives all of us the opportunity to
shape the future of our company’s culture.
The CMX 2026 survey runs to June 30 and
will focus on three main areas: Company Culture,
Leadership and Progress.
The way we cooperate, communicate and lead
our teams is created every day through thousands
of interactions across the company. CMX helps
us better understand what employees truly
experience, what works well and where we still
have room to improve together. CMX also focuses
on concrete comments from the CMX 2025 with
recurring topics to better understand whether you
see improvement.
CMX is back!
