include strengthening electromobility as
a technology, reducing vehicle complexity,
and faster processes in new model
development, and will be implemented
across all brands this year.

Škoda as a Partner
of Green Roofs of
the Křižík Pavilions
Škoda Auto has announced its partnership
with the Prague Exhibition Grounds.
As part of this collaboration, the roof
of Pavilion D of the Křižík Pavilions will
ocially bear the name ‘Škoda Gardens
on the Roofs of Křižík Pavilions’ and will
become a green oasis of calm in the middle
of the Holešovice Exhibition Grounds. This
space will reinforce the perception of the
Škoda brand as an innovative manufacturer
with a focus on sustainability.

The HR Advisory Centre ocially opened
new premises in Section II of the Škoda Auto
Dormitories. The open-house event began with
a traditional ribbon cutting attended by Maren
Gräf, Board Member for People and Culture,
Jaroslav Povšík, Chairman of the KOVO trade
union, Jan Frydrych, Head of Operational HR
& Digitalisation, and Jiří Bartoň, Head of the HR
Consulting Centre. Visitors had the opportunity to
tour the newly renovated, modern spaces guided
by HR specialists, who were also available to
answer any questions about the new premises or
their HR agenda.

in Oce of the Year
2023 Competition
The New Superb
Liftback Showed Up
at the Spa
In the 
th
annual Oce of the Year
competition, Škoda won the award
in the IT Oce of the Year category.
Two projects were recognised: the
SAP Group Competence Centre in
the AFI City Tower and Škoda X
in the Filadele building in Prague.
The expert jury praised the exceptional
design of the spaces, innovation,
atmosphere, and quality of the
working environment. A total of 
oce projects were submitted, with
 nominated across ten dierent
categories.
Czech and international journalists
had the opportunity to get up close
with the new generation of the
Superb liftback and put it through
its paces during dynamic drives in
and around Karlovy Vary.
The liftback version of the Czech
automaker’s revamped agship
is  millimetres longer than its
predecessor and boasts even better
aerodynamics.

Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
