Clown Doctors Takes Over
Škoda Cars Designed by Children
European Diversity Month at Škoda Auto: Supporting
Respect Between Generations and Gender
Representatives from Škoda Auto ocially presented
two vehicles to the Clown Doctors organisation this
past weekend. The unique designs featured on the
Škoda Superb Combi cars were created by children
as part of a spring art competition titled Car for the
Clown Doctors. The winning artwork was by -year-
old Filip Vejnar and -year-old Soe Siderasová.
Winners received a tablet with smart pen, and the
nalists were given gift packages from Škoda Auto.
More than children submitted entries, and the
public voted to select two winning designs that were
transferred onto the cars using professional foils. This
year marks the third staging of the contest, aimed
not only at supporting the charitable Clown Doctors
organisation but also at highlighting the importance
of psychological support for those who are chronically
or seriously ill.
The automaker also made a nancial donation of
million CZK to the non-prot. The vehicles were
presented during the Zlín Film Festival, the world’s
largest lm festival for children. Škoda Auto has been
a partner of the Clown Doctors and the Zlín festival for
over twenty years.
Škoda Auto has taken part in
European Diversity Month
for the fourth consecutive year.
This initiative, promoted by the
European Commission each May,
underscores the importance of
diversity and inclusion in both the
workplace and society generally,
especially in light of evolving work
environments and the need to
protect employee rights. Under
the motto ‘Škoda Auto –
A Place for Everyone’, the Czech
carmaker has rolled out various
initiatives focusing on fostering
respect across generations
and genders, and through
international collaboration.
In its most recent Diversity Report ,
Škoda Auto shares the most important
milestones achieved last year, such as
successfully increasing the proportion of
women in management to .% (up from
.% in ) and raising the share of
international sta in leadership roles to %.

Choice survey by the auto motor und sport magazine.
Klaus Zellmer (Chairman of the board) and Andreas
Dick (Board Member – Production and Logistics) then
put on company assembly uniforms and tried their
hand at assembling their own Octavia.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
