Lars Bürger has been the Head of Production
of the EA petrol engines, which form the
backbone of Škoda Auto's powertrain oering,
since . He has dedicated his entire career
to the production of automotive components.
He worked in Germany and Poland for BMW,
Mahle and Bosch since , and joined
Škoda Auto in . He held a number of positions
there, including head of production of manual
transmissions. From  to , he was
Vice President of Components at Škoda Auto
Volkswagen India Private Limited (ŠAVWIPL)
in Pune.
As of December , he replaces Ivan Slimák
as the head of the Vrchlabí plant, who has
led the plant for
nearly  years
and contributed
to its successful
transformation
from car assembly
to the production
of DQ seven-
speed automatic
transmissions.
Spain's largest energy company, Endesa, relies on Škoda Enyaq electric cars for its daily
operations. The company praises the cars for their eciency and low operating costs, and
thanks to their all-wheel drive, they can also reach less accessible locations.
Škoda Enyaq has contributed to the promotion of ecological mobility, which it actively
develops. Employees particularly appreciate the long range and comfort that Enyaq oers,
as demonstrated by their positive experiences with these vehicles.

Hit the Ice: Celebrate  Years with Winter Fun
As part of the celebrations marking the th anniversary of Škoda Auto, the company has teamed up with KOVO Trade Union to organize
another event for employees, their families, and the general public. Advent skating will oer unforgettable moments on the ice in Mladá Boleslav
at the Škoda Museum and the Solnice sports complex.
Both locations will feature a fully equipped ice rink with skate rental, heated changing rooms, and traditional refreshments. For the youngest skaters,
there will be training bars to help them take their rst steps on the ice. Skating instructors will also be available at certain times.
In Vrchlabí, those interested will be able to use the local winter stadium, which will be open free of charge on selected dates and times.
The grand opening of the Advent Ice Rink in Mladá Boleslav is planned for Sunday,  November , at : p.m. The program will include
music, a demonstration of the skills of young hockey players, and a performance by a gure skating club. Admission is free.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
