Women in Sosnová Practiced
Safe Driving
In early October, the “Start Driving for Women” event
took place at the Sosnová test track near Česká Lípa,
focusing on developing driving skills and promoting safe
behavior on the road. Throughout the day, participants
completed a series of practical exercises focused on
handling emergency situations, proper reactions behind
the wheel, and safe, smooth driving. The program
included driving sessions on the test track, evaluation
drives in normal trac, and the opportunity to test drive
the Enyaq and Elroq electric vehicles.
Vehicles for Social Care
Number of
the Week:
20
The vehicles help ensure accessible
care for those who need it and make
the day-to-day work of social and
healthcare professionals easier.
We have been providing this form of
support regularly since 2018. This
year, six vehicles are being used by
organisations in the Mladá Boleslav
region, eight in the Rychnov region
and six in the Vrchlabí and Jilemnice
regions. The vehicles provided for social
services include the Škoda Octavia
Combi, Karoq and Fabia models. They
are primarily used for home care, visits
to clients in their homes, transporting
people with reduced mobility, and
facilitating medical examinations and
other essential services.
We continue our long-standing support
for organisations providing social and
healthcare services in the regions where
our manufacturing plants are located.
This year, we once again handed over
a total of 20 vehicles to organisations
in the Mladá Boleslav, Rychnov and
Vrchlabí regions.
We will provide ongoing updates on future dates for
the Start Driving program via Škoda Space.
Easy Inventory
Tracking with
QR Codes
Škoda Auto is currently conducting an
inventory of its xed assets (FA). Last
year, we moved the inventory process
from handheld terminals to a mobile
application.
This year, we enhanced the mobile
application with QR code support.
Instead of manually searching for and
entering asset information, users can
now simply scan the asset label. This
makes the inventory process faster,
less prone to errors, and more
convenient, as users no longer need
to manually browse through long lists
of assets.

You can nd more information on how outsmart unexpected
MFA notications in the October issue of Škoda Mobil.
Don't Fall for MFA Notications
You receive an MFA notication on your phone from the
Microsoft Authenticator app asking you to conrm a login.
Then another one arrives shortly after. And then another.
If you're not logging in anywhere, this is not a normal
system prompt. It could mean that someone is trying
to gain access to your account.
How to protect yourself:
. Only conrm an MFA notications if you started the login yourself.
. Reject unexpected prompts, even if it keeps repeating.
. Watch out for fake login pages – check the website address.
. Use a strong password, and always use dierent ones for work and
personal accounts.
. Change your password immediately, if you’ve approved an unknown
MFA notication or entered your password on a suspicious page.
Contact the Service Desk straight away.

Skoda Supplements

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
