Join the Škoda CMX Hackathon !
We invite you to this year’s Škoda CMX Hackathon, taking place on November
–, , in the Conference Hall of the Laurin & Klement Campus in Mladá
Boleslav. The event is all about fostering innovation, generating new solutions, and
creating an environment that encourages collaboration. Contribute to the future
success of our company!
The hackathon is open to all employees, including managers. Every participant brings
unique perspectives and expertise that help spark idea-sharing and innovation.

Škoda Auto has handed over new vehicles to representatives of organizations
providing social care. These include institutions from the area around the Kvasiny
plant, organizations from the Vrchlabí and Jilemnice regions, and from Mladá
Boleslav and its surroundings. Their work spans a wide range of services, including
psychological support, care for seniors and people with disabilities, as well as hospice
services.
Since , Škoda Auto has been contributing to improved access to social care in
these regions. This support is one of the key pillars of the Czech carmaker’s corporate
social responsibility. In addition, Škoda actively supports healthcare services,
education, culture, safety, environmental protection, and community initiatives –
not only at the regional level.

Croatian Rally:
European Championship Titles for Škoda Crew
The Škoda crew of Mikołaj Marczyk and Szymon
Gospodarczyk (both from Poland) had a perfect nish at
the FIA European Rally Championship. Their third-
place overall result at the Croatian Rally (October –,
) was enough for the Polish duo to secure the driver
and co-driver titles.
Their main rivals, Andrea Mabellini and Virginia Lenzi from
Italy, were forced to retire after going o track with their
Škoda Fabia RS Rally.
The Croatian Rally was the nal round of the ERC
where teams participating in the Škoda Motorsport
bonus program could earn points. Thanks to
Marczyk’s success, his team Topp Cars claimed
the top prize. Andrea Mabellini’s team, The Racing
Factory, will receive a reward for their drivers’
third-place nish in the overall standings.

Škoda Elroq in Service with the Czech Police
The eet of the Czech Police is expanding with a new
electric vehicle. Based on a signed lease agreement,
the Škoda Elroq Selection in Brilliant Silver Metallic has
been added to active duty.
In addition to traditional police markings, the vehicle is
equipped with specic features essential for patrol
operations. These include a low-prole light bar and
a system that integrates the police modications with
the car’s electronics.
The setup also includes warning and radio equipment,
consisting primarily of a Magnum light set, programmable
displays on the sun visor and behind the rear window,
a control panel for auxiliary functions in the center console,
an electronic siren with low-impedance speakers for high
acoustic pressure with low energy consumption, and
additional warning lights behind the windshield.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
