Tour de France, the world’s most famous
stage race, started last weekend with Škoda Auto
once again joining as the main partner – its
nd
year in this role. The carmaker is providing up to
support vehicles for the organisers, all of which
are either fully electric or plug-in hybrid models.
Among them will be two ‘Red Cars’ – the new
Škoda Enyaq and Superb iV – for Race Director
Christian Prudhomme. Škoda also sponsors the
green jersey for the leader of the points classication
and supplies the trophies for the overall winner,
points leader, mountain classication leader, and
best young rider. This year, cyclists in teams
compete over stages, covering a total of , km,
with the nish on Paris’s Champs-Élysées.
A brand-new icon in the Maps section
of the MyŠkoda app opens the door
to exciting adventures. This smart new
feature uses AI to generate custom trip
suggestions – whether you're heading
just around the corner or far from home.
Start exploring! Whether you're a Škoda
owner with your vehicle paired to
the app, someone driving an older model,
or simply someone looking for a great
day trip – the app provides destination
tips for all of you. In compatible vehicles,
it can even send the route directly to
your car’s navigation system. For electric
Škoda models, advanced algorithms
take current battery
status into account
and suggest
charging stops
along the way.

The Green Turf
We cordially invite you all to the traditional Škoda Auto
Areas Football Tournament on Wednesday, August
(from : p.m.) at the Municipal Stadium in Mladá
Boleslav. Free entry.
A varied accompanying program awaits you. Children
can look forward to bouncy castles, pedal cars, a soccer
target, photo corner, an animation program and creative
ŠkoFit workshops. Young and old alike will appreciate
the table soccer, the opportunity to explore Škoda cars,
and a demonstration of reghting equipment. Everyone
can also visit the medical stand, where sta from the
Škoda Polyclinic will measure your blood pressure, body
fat percentage or BMI free of charge. This year’s newest
addition is a children's trac playground / driving school
simulator. Selected non-prot organizations involved in the
Employee Givings project will also participate in the event.
