Hello Success is a new Group-wide
HR platform that will gradually bring
together all Volkswagen Group
brands into one unied HR system. It is
designed to make HR processes simpler
and more consistent across the Group,
reducing overall complexity for employees,
managers, and HR teams.
The implementation also includes
a transition phase between systems,
which will take place from July to
November 2026. HR support will remain
fully available, and all HR-related matters
can continue to be handled via:
HR requests submitted through
Škoda Space,
• the HR Consulting Center (HRPC),
or in cooperation with the
Recruitment, Management Care,
and Intern Care departments.
The latest updates for employees and
managers are regularly published on
the Hello Success pages on Škoda Space.

Two Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 crews of
team Toksport WRT fought tooth and nail
for WRC2 victory at the Acropolis Rally
Greece, eighth round of the FIA World Rally
Championship (WRC). Robert Virves and
co-driver Jakko Viilo from Estonia traded
stage wins with Norwegian pairing Andreas
Mikkelsen/Jørn Listerud over the whole
event. And it was the crew of Robert Virves
and his co-driver Jakko Viilo who tackled
the thick dust and scorching heat to claim
victory in the WRC2 category. Andreas
Mikkelsen and his Norwegian co-driver
Jørn Listerud (Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 of
the Toksport WRT team) were leading the
WRC2 category ahead of Sunday's nal leg
until a puncture relegated them to second
place.

This is by how much we have reduced the
number of printed pages since 2019.
From the original 46.4 million printed pages
in 2019, the gure dropped to 13.5 million
pages last year. Since 2019, the number of
printers has also been reduced by 32%, and
by the end of 2027, only 1,100 devices will
be available across the company. For example,
in the LKK building, there are currently only
six printers for a total of 1,700 employees.
The reduction in printing is part of the
Paperless Oce project, which is managed
by the SVP team. These excellent results
were achieved thanks to the introduction
of electronic signatures and contracts, the
digitalization of forms and internal processes,
digital production, and the use of electronic
publications and documents instead of
paper versions. The project helps save both
costs and the environment. Thanks to the
reduction in printing, we manage to reduce
our carbon footprint by 400 tonnes of CO
2
every year. This amount corresponds to
the emissions generated by driving two
million kilometers in a car. A lower volume
of printing also means lower costs for paper,
toner, and equipment maintenance.
This represents an annual saving of EUR
1.3 million (CZK 31.7 million).
