International Corporate Volunteering Day,
which we celebrated on June, is a great
opportunity to help others and strengthen
team spirit. Škoda Auto employees can either
participate in group volunteering activities, such
as community events or tree planting, or choose
individual activities based on their own interests.

Elroq RS: Performance Meets Sustainability
Škoda Auto is launching its RS range-topper, which competes in the popular electric
compact SUV segment. The latest member of the RS family has two motors generating
a total system output of kW and is equipped with all-wheel drive. The Škoda Elroq RS
comes with an electric range of more than km (WLTP), specic RS accessories and
comprehensive standard equipment. It is also the fastest accelerating car in Škoda’s current
model portfolio, sprinting from to km/h in . seconds.

As part of the ZEBRA program, Škoda Auto rewarded employees
for their improvement proposals with new Škoda Elroqs, the highest
number of main prizes to date. In , the proposals brought record
savings of over CZK million, and almost half of them were
implemented. The ZEBRA program has been running for more than
years and motivates employees bring forward innovations that
improve eciency, quality, and the working environment. This year,
fully electric cars were awarded for the rst time, symbolizing the
brand's entry into a new era.
