As part of the ongoing reconstruction
of Třída Václava Klementa, there’ll be
a change to the pedestrian route
in front of the Laurin & Klement
Campus (LKK) from 25 May 2026.
The walkway from Gate 11 towards
Jana Palacha Street will be
redirected for safety reasons –
it will now lead outside the construction
area, across the company car park
opposite the Pentagon building. This
also means part of the parking spaces
for company cars will be temporarily
closed. Replacement parking is
available in the car park opposite the
dormitories or behind LKK at Gate 11.
These changes are valid until
3 June 2026.
TVK reconstruction
keeps rolling
The biggest change is coming to search function,
but you can also look forward to a refreshed
design. The redesign focuses on visuals and
content layout. The homepage will now follow
Škoda Flow principles and be better optimized for
work on wide monitors. Content is spread more
eciently across the full screen width, and the
sections on the right side of the homepage –
also called widgets – now have a more unied
look and clearer structure.
The main hero slider is also getting an update: next
to it you’ll now see an overview of three current
news items, so you get more key information at
a glance without having to dig further.
The biggest shift on Škoda Space is happening
in searching. It’s moving to a whole new level
thanks to the integration of the new AI assistant
ŠkoPilot. For every query, search will now provide
a short, easy to understand summary that quickly
answers your question. The goal: faster access
to information and a smoother day to day work
experience.
New features are coming
to Škoda Space
Places are limited, and children of Škoda Auto
employees get priority access to registration.
You’ve probably heard of Python. And if not – it’s
the programming language behind most of
what we now call articial intelligence. It’s what
developers at Google, NASA and game changing
startups use every day. And that’s exactly what
your kids will get their hands on at Summer IT
Camp – not as dry theory, but as a real tool they’ll
start using from day one. Summer IT Camp isn’t
only about coding, though. Every day is a mix of
project work, fun activities and meeting new people
– peers who are into the same stu.

Škoda Museum is also joining in this year’s celebrations. A large part of the exhibition space is turning
into themed zones diving into the history of Škoda motorsport. Visitors can check out a whole line
up of racing cars and, thanks to big info panels, dig into detailed stories and fun facts from dierent
eras. In one of the halls, ttingly named Depo Motorsport, almost twenty cars are being prepared for
display; other areas host a drivers’ gallery, a showcase of valuable trophies, and an overview of racing
safety gear. The exhibition runs until January 2027. You can read more about the exhibition on
the Škoda Museum website.
