Over breakfast, explore circular economy topics in a hands-
on, interactive way, connect with colleagues, and exchange
ideas across departments. Eight immersive marketplaces
in the breakfast area invite you to dive into Circular Economy-
related topics like Pilot REVI, Pilot Reuse, Material Streams,
and Circular Economy Legislation and Targets. Škoda
experts will host each marketplace and are available for open
discussion. In addition, Volkswagen Group representatives will
share the Group’s perspective on circular economy.

Best KVP : when improvements
are driven by employees
EDUfest is coming
Best KVP is an annual award focused on the best implemented improvement
measures that originate from KVP (continuous improvement) workshops. It is
about changes that have already been implemented and bring a direct benet to
day-to-day operations. In , a total of improvement measures were
created in KVP workshops. Managers nominated of the best, which advanced
to the nal round. The winners were selected by a professional jury, in parallel
an Employees’ Choice vote took place, involving , employees across all
plants.

HC Dynamo Celebrates the Title, Škoda
Already Opens Hockey’s Next Chapter
The Tipsport Extraliga play-os have wrapped up a thrilling /
nal series. After a hard fought battle, it’s HC Dynamo Pardubice who are
celebrating, having lifted the prestigious Masaryk Cup in the decisive game.
The trophy was delivered straight onto the ice in style – on board
the new Škoda Enyaq Coupé RS.
Although the domestic Extraliga season has just ended, hockey action
will be back quickly. In early May, the Czech Hockey Games, part of
the / Euro Hockey Tour, will take place. As every year,
the highlight of the hockey calendar will be the IIHF Ice Hockey World
Championship, held from
to May in Switzerland.

EDUfest will take place on – May and
will oer a combination of online and on-site formats. Take

EDUfest is a learning festival for employees, aimed at
presenting topics in personal and corporate development while
also oering concrete inspiration and tools to help you work on
yourself in a rapidly changing world.
On the rst day, Andreas Dick, Board Member for Production
and Logistics, and Peter Podprocký from Škoda Academy
will speak. You can also look forward to Josef Holý, who
focuses on the highly relevant topics of cybersecurity and crime
prevention online. The programme includes more than
topics that resonate today – from digital skills and AI,
through data and security, all the way to wellbeing and health.
This year, you can also visit the Lean Centre, vocational
school or ProDigi Hub, where you can get hands-on
experience with new technologies. Make sure you don’t
overlook the one-to-one consultations.
