The workshop atmosphere of the meeting encouraged discussions
about specic goals to be achieved by the end of . The focus
of the Hanover meeting was on key activity areas known as
the ‘+ Core Drivers’, jointly dened by the brands in the middle
of the previous year, including enhanced collaboration on topics such
as electric vehicle competitiveness, complexity reduction, shortening
development cycles, and creating competitive cost structures. Aside
from various stage presentations, participants engaged intensively
with these topics in small, focused working groups.

and Carsten Intra – engaged in
discussions.
New Era for Škoda in India
Škoda Auto’s Sustainability Report:
Updated ESG Strategy and Advancements towards
a More Sustainable Future
At the New Era for Škoda in India event, Škoda Auto unveiled sever-
al news, led by an announcement of the all-new compact SUV for In-
dia. This model will complement the Slavia and Kushaq cars currently
available on the Indian market. The carmaker has also launched a poll to
choose the name of the new #NameYourSkoda. Thus, it has actively
involved customers and fans of the brand in the launch of the new car.
The Škoda Auto Sustainability Report provides a comprehensive overview of the Czech
carmaker’s updated sustainability strategy, detailing initiatives and advancements across all
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. Škoda Auto is dedicated to systematically reducing
the environmental impact of its operations. At the same time, the company is committed to enhancing
local ecosystems and oering international humanitarian aid, supporting individuals, communities,
and regional development in Mladá Boleslav, Vrchlabí, and Kvasiny, where its sites are located. In addition
to these eorts, the report includes insights into corporate governance, corporate culture policies, and
the implementation of integrity tools.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective.
