Collective Bargaining in has been concluded
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that collective bargaining between the management of Škoda Auto and the KOVO Union has been
concluded. After successfully completing the autumn phase of negotiations, which addressed topics such as the social fund and
working hours, the contractual parties have now agreed on wage negotiations.
The result of the negotiations is a balanced agreement that ensures both the company's competitiveness and employment,
as well as very attractive conditions for employees.

Remuneration
Wage taris, including tari intermediate
steps, will increase by .% eective from
April , .
The variable bonus for the results of
has reached , CZK. The
KOVO Union has also negotiated a one-
time payment of , CZK, making a
total amount of , CZK, which will
be paid to employees in the April payroll in
the May payment term. Additionally, the
KOVO Union has managed to negotiate
a range for the payment of the variable
bonus between a minimum of ,
CZK and a maximum of , CZK for
the following period.
As part of social support for
parenthood on the occasion of the
th anniversary of Škoda Auto,
a one-time addition of , points
to the Cafeteria will be given to each
employee who did not meet the
conditions for the variable bonus payment
and is on maternity leave, parental leave,
or unpaid leave up to the child’s age of
four years. The point addition will take
place in May .
The night work supplement
will be
increased by CZK/hour from April ,
, raising it to CZK/hour.
The team reward will be increased on
average by CZK/month from April
, .
Within the Flexi-account Agreement,
an addendum has been concluded,
eÝCtending the balancing period until
December , . The recompense for
a worked additional Flexi account shift
will be increased by CZK from April ,
, to , CZK in the case of a plus
night shift and , CZK in the case of a
plus Saturday morning shift.
The conditions for the payment of the
guaranteed bonus remain the same as in
previous years. During , an employee
with full entitlement will receive an
extraordinarily high amount in total from
the guaranteed bonus, variable bonus,
and negotiated one-time payment. On
average, it will be around the magical
threshold of , CZK.

Benets and Social Policy
The benets that Škoda Auto provides to its employees have long
been unparalleled and consider their needs and expectations.
Thanks to the collaboration with the KOVO Union, the value of these
benets is further enhanced.
Allocation of , points to the Cafeteria for employees
in March .
From April , , the employer's contribution to
the supplementary pension savings will be increased by
CZK per month, bringing it to , CZK per month.
Škoda Auto is currently experiencing the most signicant transformation in the automotive industry, especially considering the intensifying
competitive environment and the transition to electromobility, which involves legislative changes related to the implementation of taris and
penalties. Despite all the before mentioned challenges, Škoda Auto and the Unions have negotiated extraordinary conditions for employees.
Thanks to constructive dialogue and mutual cooperation, we have managed to reach an agreement that ensures a stable working environment,
attractive remuneration, and benets. Both parties will take all necessary steps to secure employment. This allows employees not only to better
cope with the challenges of the present time but also motivates them for further professional growth and innovation within the company.
We are pleased that the results of the collective bargaining conrm that respect and responsibility towards employees remain the shared core
values for Škoda Auto and the KOVO Union.

Škoda Mobil, the employee newspaper of the Mladá Boleslav-based carmaker, includes special supplements that focus on especially important topics from Škoda's perspective. Supplements can be a part of the newspaper, in the same format as the newspaper, inserted, for example, in the form of a flyer, or they can be stand-alone unique magazines in a specific format, such as supplements dedicated to new models, the brand's historical anniversaries, or other important information from the company's environment.
