Škoda Mobil is the company newspaper for Škoda Auto employees, published monthly and presenting up-to-date information on what is happening at Škoda Auto and the Volkswagen Group. Powerpass entered with ,, charging points in countries, a new infotainment app,
and more than , registered customers.
This allows customers to use public charging on trips across Europe without having to deal with dozens
of dierent apps, RFID cards and contracts. New Powerpass Map in the infotainment now will enable
charging authorization directly from the vehicle. The app is free and enables searching for charging
stations ltering stations by parameters (power, connector type, etc.), rating stations and sharing feedback
with other EV drivers. With updated version rolled out soon it will be possible to, for exible-price taris,
check the exact charging price before arriving at the station, authorise and start charging directly
from the vehicle, without using a card or phone at the charger.

On January, the rst Strategy Talk
of the year was held in the Laurin
& Klement Kampus (LKK) Conference
Hall in Mladá Boleslav. The event was
attended by colleagues from across
the company. Participants had the
opportunity to get a detailed overview
of the freshly updated Next Level Škoda
strategy and its priorities for ,
presented by Andreas Dick, Board
Member for Production and Logistics,
Stefan Wünschmann, Head of Corporate
and Product Strategy, and Christian Cahn
von Seelen, Head of Corporate Strategy
and Regional Strategy.
The programme also included a live
discussion with top management,
during which insightful questions and
answers on current topics were shared.

From January to April
, families in dicult nancial
situations can apply for

Auto Endowment fund has long

with AI support
The Škoda Academy team is expanding
its portfolio with two new online
courses enhanced by articial
intelligence (AI). These courses focus
on developing key communication skills
that you can use in everyday practice
as well as in more demanding work
situations. Feedback with AI helps you
give and receive feedback constructively.
Challenging conversations with AI
focuses on managing challenging
communication situations with calmness,
professionalism, and respect.
Both courses take place online and use
elements of articial intelligence, which
provide participants with instant feedback
and the opportunity to practise various
communication situations in a safe
environment. Registration is for a specic
date (see links above), at which point you
will be granted access to the platform for
months.
