2024 Collective Bargaining Concluded
Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that the collective bargaining between the management of Škoda Auto and the KOVO Trade Union
has concluded. The parties have settled on wage taris. Agreements on working hours and social contributions were reached
earlier.
We are delighted that Škoda Auto and the KOVO Trade Union share a common priority in ensuring motivated and satised
employees. We are honoured to announce the following positive changes:

Throughout , an employee with full entitlement will
receive an average of approximately , CZK in total
from the guaranteed bonus, variable bonus, and negotiated
one-o payment.
Compensation
Wage taris, including intermediate levels, will increase
by .% eective from April .
The variable bonus for ’s results is , CZK.
In addition, the KOVO Trade Union negotiated a one-o
payment of , CZK, raising the total to , CZK,
which will be paid to employees as part of the April payroll,
being received in May’s payslip
The
night shift supplement
will be increased by
CZK/hour from April , resulting in an increase
to CZK/hour.

Benets and Social Policy
The benets we oer to our employees remain unmatched,
and we continue to prioritise maintaining them, despite
the tax and administrative changes introduced by the
government’s consolidation package. The KOVO Trade
Union negotiated the following for employees as part of the
collective bargaining:
Allocation of , Cafeteria points for employees in

From April , the employer’s contribution to
supplementary pension savings will be increased
by CZK a month, to , CZK a month.
