In connection with the organisation of relaxation stays, Škoda
Auto’s management, in cooperation with the management of
the KOVO Trade Union, has made a major optimisation in
informing the employees about their entitlement to a spa stay
from the upcoming season.

What is the project about?
This year, the racer Ondřej Klymčiw set out for his (probably) last Dakar event with the Škoda LR in
the Classic category (for cars manufactured before the year ). A few years ago, he almost died in the said
vehicle. Despite many obstacles, he managed to return to his life and racing. But this experience led him to
making an important decision. He wanted to give farewell to his racing career a deeper meaning.
As a charity partner, he chose the Paraple Centre,
which helps people with spinal cord damage. The goal
of the crew is clear – to achieve the best possible result
and together with the spectators and partners to
help a good cause. Before, during, and after the Dakar,
Ondřej and his team organize a public fundraiser, thanks
to which they will raise funds for those who really need
it in an original and entertaining way. The funds raised
will be transferred in full amount to the account of
the Paraple Centre.
Anyone can get involved, so let‘s do it together!

Škoda Trainees Met with Dr. Neft
The rst week in January, Škoda Auto Trainees and STP interns had
the opportunity to meet with Dr. Johannes Neft, the Board Member for
Technical Development. The meeting included a discussion on topics related
to Dr. Neft‘s valuable work experience and knowledge, as well as the future of
the automotive industry. The meeting closed with a discussion where Dr. Neft
happily answered questions not only about the automotive industry, but also
about his professional and private life.
Škoda Auto trainees and STP interns would like to thank Dr. Neft and
his colleagues for their willingness to make this meeting happen, for his
career advice, and above all for his sincere and open approach during
the discussion.
